Been to see the Seekers and Michael McIntyre . Sadly the Fleetwood Mac tour was cancelled but ......... we have tickets to see the Rolling stones at the Oval next March. The new stands are coming on a treat and will look stunning when finished

Where did November go?
November seems to have whizzed by. Made another quilt - well almost - this is Rachelle's sample but 'm halfway there.

Quilt of the month +++++
September and October quilts going well
Twinkle - September quilt. Going to add a border before I get it quilted
October quilt - blocks done and just the sashing and posts next - they're all cut our ready to go
Got my '3 Dudes' quilt back from Widebacks and it has been backed with apple brushed cotton and quilted. Machined the binding on then hand-finished it. It should be on its way to India by the end if the week

Dzintari
Spend a fabulous long weekend away at church camp near Normanville. There were 135 of us (50 were Iranian 'boat people') We had a very special time together and it was wonderful learning about Persian culture. I'd love to share pictures but many of the people face extreme persecution still and their families back in Iran could be in danger.
Had fun making and flying kites and doing Iranian dancing and having faces made up during the free time. Jenga was popular too.
